Role overview

We are now looking for a Growth Marketing to support Gosta Labs’ global growth. This role is both hands-on and strategic, combining growth marketing ownership with broader marketing execution. You will be responsible for driving pipeline and demand generation while also contributing across content, events, and brand. You will play a key role in shaping how Gosta Labs reaches, engages, and converts healthcare organizations internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the full growth marketing funnel from awareness to pipeline and revenue.
• Build and maintain scalable AI-driven growth systems, tracking performance with clear metrics.
• Plan, execute, and analyze growth experiments across channels (paid, organic, outbound).
• Work closely with sales to drive high-quality pipeline and improve conversion rates.
• Support creating and managing marketing content (case studies, website content, articles, and social media).
• Support organizing events such as conferences, webinars, and other field marketing activities.
• Contribute to messaging, positioning, and overall brand development.
• Stay up to date on best practices in growth marketing, B2B marketing, and AI in health tech.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, B2B marketing, or similar strategic marketing roles.
• 3+ years of experience with software scale-up companies, demonstrating an understanding of rapid growth environments.
• Proficiency with AI-powered marketing tools including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), and advanced analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to design, manage, and optimize the growth pipeline.
• A strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of designing A/B tests and other growth experiments, coupled with experience working with complex datasets.
• Comfortable operating as a marketing generalist, with a focus on growth marketing strategies.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, working effectively in hands-on marketing team and across internal teams including Sales, Product, Engineering and Leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling and engaging marketing content, with a talent for distilling complex technical or business concepts into clear and concise messaging.
• Proven capacity to operate effectively at both strategic planning and hands-on execution levels within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Prior experience of the Health tech, Life sciences, or Digital health industries.
• Demonstrable experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven experience with SEO/SEM strategies to drive organic growth.
• Excellent proficiency in communication and writing in English.
• Fluency in other languages such as French, German, or Swedish is considered a plus.
• Based in: Finland (Helsinki preferred), France or Germany.
