Google Ads Specialist

We're seeking a Google Ads Specialist who knows how to drive user acquisition with high performing Google ads campaigns. If you thrive on making data driven decisions, managing large budgets, and crafting ad copies that influence behavior we want to hear from you! In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and optimizing ads that convert, writing compelling messages that capture attention, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results. You'll also collaborate on brainstorming sessions to push campaign success to new heights with top tier Google specialists from your team.

What will you do

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max & conquering worldwide markets (yes, even Mexico, Brazil and USA).

• Monitor performance daily and improve results through bidding, targeting, and unleash your creativity to create sharp to the point ad copy.

• Most probably you'll never win advertising contests, but instead will be saving lives (humble, right?) and showing an above the industry ROI numbers.

• Conduct keyword research and structure accounts for maximum ROI and scalability.

• Analyze data and report on KPIs, budgets, and growth opportunities.

• Regular brainstorming sessions on how to skyrocket campaign ROI.

Applicant requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Google Ads specialist to drive user acquisition.

• You've managed Google Ad budgets of at least EUR 100,000/month. Ideally, you've already scaled a Google Ads account past EUR 200,000/month.

• You know your numbers. Ability to look at data & make data driven decisions based on your analysis is crucial for your success.

• Experience with writing ad copy that gets in to the readers mind & changes their behaviour, they buy stuff / register / sign-up.

• Able to work & make decisions independently, have transparent and open communication.

• Experience working as Google specialist at marketing agency.

Salary

Depending on your experience and qualifications base salary up to 3700 EUR Gross, and even higher with our Performance bonus system.
