Location: Remote - This position may be performed remotely in states where the company is authorized to employ individuals.
Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $104,800 - $131,000, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $104,800 - $157,200. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan of up to a 15% Bonus Target.
Employment Logistics:
The Sales Enablement Consultant develops and maintains the tools, resources, and processes that empower the sales team to achieve its goals. This role supports the design of transportation and logistics solutions, develops documentation and customer-facing deliverables, and partners cross-functionally to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
This position will work closely with Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, Revenue Management, Implementation, IT, and Integration teams to support solution development, technical discovery, documentation, and continuous improvement across the solution design process.

The Must-Haves:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
3–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, implementation, operations, solutions engineering, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business documentation tools
Experience building process maps and workflow documentation
Experience in parcel, final-mile, e-commerce, or transportation operations preferred
Familiarity with APIs, EDI, SFTP, and integration concepts preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce, project management platforms, and reporting tools preferred
Your Mission in Motion:
A summary of key responsibilities for the role is outlined below. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business objectives.
Solution development & operational analysis: Support the design and validation of transportation, delivery, and logistics solutions for prospective and existing customers by gathering and documenting customer requirements, analyzing shipment characteristics, network compatibility, service requirements, and volume projections, and assisting with solution modeling and operational cost analysis.
Workflow design & process documentation: Develop customer-specific workflows, process documentation, and repeatable solution materials that support operational readiness and sales alignment.
Technical discovery & systems support: Document integration requirements and customer technical needs; partner with IT and Integration teams to understand system capabilities and limitations; assist in reviewing API, EDI, file transfer, and data exchange requirements; and support technical discovery meetings while documenting outcomes.
Cross-functional coordination & risk visibility: Coordinate activities across Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, Revenue Management, and Implementation teams; track action items; facilitate discovery and solution review meetings; and escalate risks, dependencies, and implementation concerns.
Documentation & customer-facing deliverables: Create solution summaries, implementation briefs, operating procedures, customer-facing materials, executive summaries, and business case materials; maintain standardized templates and documentation libraries; and support RFPs and complex proposal responses.
Continuous improvement & knowledge management: Identify opportunities to standardize and automate solution design activities, assist in building repeatable frameworks and best practices, and contribute to knowledge management and training materials.

The salary range above represents the national range for this position. The salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base salary offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: Geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations.
