Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives and market expansion plans.
- Lead the overall sales function, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and market share targets.
- Identify new growth opportunities across key industries including electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial technology, and related sectors.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Drive new customer acquisition and expand relationships with existing strategic accounts across regional and international markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets, industries, and customer segments.
- Lead high-level commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and strategic partnerships to secure long-term business opportunities.
Key Account & Customer Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, OEMs, and strategic business partners.
- Work closely with customers to understand technical and commercial requirements, ensuring delivery of value-added solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics for the sales team.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the commercial team.
Commercial & Operational Excellence
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of customer projects and business objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and customer demands to support strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder & Industry Engagement
- Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings to strengthen market visibility and business networks.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align business strategies and drive operational synergy.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum 12–15 years of sales and business development experience, preferably within the electronics, semiconductor, industrial technology, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record in leading regional sales operations and achieving significant business growth.
- Experience managing large strategic accounts and complex B2B sales cycles.

- Strong commercial acumen with excellent strategic planning and business development capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
