Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives and market expansion plans.
  • Lead the overall sales function, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and market share targets.
  • Identify new growth opportunities across key industries including electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial technology, and related sectors.

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Drive new customer acquisition and expand relationships with existing strategic accounts across regional and international markets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets, industries, and customer segments.
  • Lead high-level commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and strategic partnerships to secure long-term business opportunities.

Key Account & Customer Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, OEMs, and strategic business partners.
  • Work closely with customers to understand technical and commercial requirements, ensuring delivery of value-added solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish clear KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics for the sales team.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and capability building within the commercial team.

Commercial & Operational Excellence

  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of customer projects and business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and customer demands to support strategic decision-making.

Stakeholder & Industry Engagement

  • Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings to strengthen market visibility and business networks.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align business strategies and drive operational synergy.


Requirements

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 12–15 years of sales and business development experience, preferably within the electronics, semiconductor, industrial technology, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading regional sales operations and achieving significant business growth.
  • Experience managing large strategic accounts and complex B2B sales cycles.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent strategic planning and business development capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and industrial market trends.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to convert market insights into business strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales performance reporting tools.
