The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the VP Sales, Canada Adult Use, the Sales Coordinator will be the organizational core of the Sales Team. Ensuring efficiencies, collaboration, implementation of sales tools, deployment of marketing material and the planning of sales meetings.  The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring orders from key accounts and liquor boards are efficiently processed, ensuring availability of sales data to sales team, complete administrative requirements for provincial boards, maintenance of customer account information in the CRM platform, support with sales analysis and a host of other administrative duties.

Responsibilities

  • The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for cohesive communication across the sales team.

  • Ensure orders from key account and liquor boards are received and processed within the appropriate time frame.

  • Carry out all administrative requirements for provincial boards including product call submissions and change requests 

  • Will keep a high-level overview of the province’s product supply within the distribution warehouses.

  • House all the provincial sales data and make sure it is accessible to the sales team members.

  • Create and maintain an up to date budget tracker for the provinces.

  • Organize, modify and adjust customer account information within the CRM platform.

  • Deploy the sales tools necessary for the sales team.

  • Ensure all relevant marketing material is created, printed and shipped within a timely manner.

  • Manage the teams group calendar for conference calls, co-travel dates, provincial meetings, national meetings.

  • Receive inbound leads and delegate to the appropriate team member.

  • Help coordinate logistics for events, tradeshows and sponsorship programs.

  • Collaborate with the Provincial Manager in planning sales activities and executions.

  • Other duties as assigned

Experience

  • Proven track record supporting a team in achieving sales quotes and in-store condition KPI’s.

  • Previous experience communicating with key account contacts and crown corporations

  • Previous experience using and adjusting a sales focused CRM.

  • Previous experience in order taking and overview of inventory management.

  • Previous success supporting a sales team, keeping all members organized and up to date on sales tools.

  • A technologically savvy individual who is comfortable working in a data driven environment. 

  • Experience in Beverage Alcohol or relatable industries is an asset.

  • 5+ years’ experience in Sales Administration, Office Management, Team Lead, Sales Collaborator.

  • Proven track record of working remotely and independently.

Other Details

This is a full-time role based out of GTA.

Salary range - $55,000 - $66,000
