Description
Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective and existing customers.
Respond professionally and promptly to customer questions regarding services, pricing, availability, and next steps.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
Clearly communicate the company's services, pricing, benefits, and value proposition.
Build rapport with customers and create a positive sales experience.
Convert qualified leads and inquiries into booked service appointments.
Proactively guide customers through the booking process.
Identify customer needs, concerns, and potential objections.
Handle objections confidently and work toward closing pending opportunities.
Follow up with leads who have not yet booked.
Identify appropriate upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maximize opportunities to increase customer value while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Maintain strong customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Coordinate service appointments with internal teams and ensure accurate scheduling.
Confirm appointments and communicate relevant information to customers and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, bookings, and follow-ups.
Keep the sales pipeline organized and up to date.
Monitor pending opportunities and proactively follow up to move leads toward booking.
Ensure no qualified lead or customer inquiry is left without appropriate follow-up.
Consistently meet or exceed individual weekly and monthly sales and booking targets.
Maintain strong call-to-booking conversion rates.
Track and manage assigned leads and opportunities.
Monitor individual performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Contribute to customer retention and repeat business through professional and effective communication.
Hard Requirements:
At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, call center, inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, or another high-volume phone-based role.
Demonstrated ability to convert inbound inquiries into appointments, sales, or other measurable outcomes.
Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Confident and professional phone presence.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Reliable, self-motivated, and performance-focused.
Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and similar tools.
Must have grown up in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom.
Open to expatriates who have relocated abroad and are currently working or living remotely.
Must be comfortable communicating with North American clients and working within North American business processes.
Previous experience in construction, restoration, environmental services, or a related industry.
