The Role

We’re hiring an Account Executive (AE) to close new client partnerships across both Roveir and Roveia.

This role owns the full sales cycle — from building pipeline and running discovery calls to presenting solutions and closing new clients.

You’ll sell recurring growth services including paid media management, creative production, landing pages, and lifecycle marketing.

The role includes a blend of inbound and outbound sales:

  • Inbound leads generated through marketing, referrals, and founder-led content

  • Outbound prospecting to companies that match our ideal client profile

Because Roveir and Roveia serve different verticals, you’ll have access to multiple acquisition pipelines and a wide range of companies to close.

Typical deals range from $4K–$20K+ monthly retainers.

What You’ll Do

  • Run discovery and strategy calls with founders, operators, and marketing leaders

  • Close new client retainers across Roveir (tech, SaaS, apps, DTC) and Roveia (health, telehealth, wellness)

  • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship building

  • Convert qualified inbound opportunities generated through marketing and referrals

  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and manage pipeline inside HubSpot

  • Present tailored growth strategies and proposals to prospective clients

  • Sell the full suite of services including paid media management, creative production, landing pages, and lifecycle marketing

  • Collaborate with the founder and marketing team to refine messaging, case studies, and sales processes

What We Sell

Our clients work with Roveir and Roveia to scale acquisition through a combination of:

  • Paid advertising across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok

  • Conversion-focused landing pages and website development

  • Performance ad creative systems and testing frameworks

  • UGC production and creative strategy

  • Email and SMS marketing systems

What Success Looks Like

  • Month 1: Onboarding, training, and ramp-up. Learn Roveir and Roveia’s positioning, services, ideal client profile, and sales process while beginning outbound prospecting.

  • Month 2: Running discovery calls and beginning to close initial clients.

  • Month 3 and Beyond: Consistently closing 4–5 new client deals per month while maintaining a strong outbound pipeline.

Top performers close 50+ new clients per year and play a key role in scaling the company.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience selling agency services, marketing services, or high-ticket B2B solutions

  • Track record of closing recurring service retainers or high-value B2B deals

  • Comfortable building pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship building

  • Strong discovery and communication skills when speaking with founders and operators

  • Highly organized with strong CRM discipline

  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Slack, and Loom

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 CAD

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000+ CAD

  • Commission Structure: Uncapped

Typical deals range from $4K–$20K+ monthly retainers, with successful AEs closing 4–5 deals per month.
