The Marketing & Sales Coordinator manages consumer care, digital asset libraries, and retail portal content to ensure brand consistency. They also support sales and marketing teams by coordinating promotional calendars, tracking performance data, and assisting with innovation launches.

Our client, Ripple Foods, is hiring a Marketing and Sales Coordinator!

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator serves as an essential hub for commercial execution, consumer engagement, and cross-functional operations. Guiding the central priority, “How do we seamlessly execute our brand experience across every touchpoint?”, this individual is responsible for owning front-line consumer care, managing digital product content, and providing vital execution support across marketing, sales, and e-commerce.

Operating at the intersection of consumer advocacy and operational rigor, the Marketing & Sales Coordinator owns consumer communication, digital asset management across key retail portals, promotional calendar tracking, and item setup. This role requires an entrepreneurial, highly organized, and detail-oriented team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment—someone who can independently manage customer care resolution, execute website and portal updates, support sales and innovation launches, and turn consumer feedback into actionable insights. This position offers a hands-on foundation in CPG commercialization with a clear pathway to grow into an Assistant Brand Manager role. Reports to the Sr. Brand Director.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Consumer Care & Community Management

  • Front-Line Brand Ownership: Manage the primary consumer care inbox across email, website, and social media channels, delivering empathetic, on-brand responses to questions, comments, and complaints.
  • Escalation & Safety Management: Rapidly identify and execute escalation protocols for quality, safety, or regulatory concerns in strict adherence to company standards.
  • Community Engagement: Maintain active community management across social channels to foster brand advocacy, trial, and repeat engagement.
  • Feedback Tracking & Library Maintenance: Systematically track, synthesize, and report consumer feedback trends to internal teams while maintaining and updating the master FAQ and canned response library.

Digital Execution, Catalog & Asset Management

  • Digital Asset Management (DAM): Serve as the single-source-of-truth manager across Syndigo, 1WS, and retailer portals to ensure digital catalog accuracy and brand compliance across key e-retail partners.
  • Item Setup & Master Data: Lead new item setup and ongoing master data maintenance across retail, digital, and commercial channels.
  • Website & Order Operations: Execute regular website content updates and coordinate direct order resolutions via Flowspace and third-party logistics partners.

Campaign & Promotional Coordination

  • Promotional Execution: Coordinate and track the overarching promotional calendar to ensure cross-functional alignment across marketing, sales, and retail execution.
  • Consumer Programs: Lead the rollout and execution of quarterly consumer communication programs, email campaigns, and promotional touchpoints.

Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Support

  • Sales & Innovation Support: Partner closely with Sales and Brand teams to fulfill account requests, assist with customer sales presentation decks, and support innovation launch rollouts.
  • Commercial Operations: Provide day-to-day operational support for e-commerce initiatives, customer presentations, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Compile, track, and analyze recurring sales, consumer feedback, and campaign performance data to surface actionable business insights

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales coordination, consumer care, or e-commerce execution within CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), with a preference for Food & Beverage or Natural Products.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with digital asset management/syndication platforms (Syndigo, 1WS, retailer seller portals), and basic website content management system (CMS) tools
  • Analytical Capability: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) with an ability to organize data and summarize performance metrics.
  • Career Growth Ambition: Highly motivated to learn the end-to-end commercial operations of CPG brand management with a goal of advancing into brand management roles

Key Competencies for Success

  • Proactive Ownership: Independently manages consumer touchpoints, operational requests, and dynamic daily queues without requiring top-down prompts or constant oversight.
  • Meticulous Detail & Rigor: Ensures 100% accuracy in item setup, digital assets, and customer communications across retail portals and public platforms.
  • Empathetic Communication: Ability to address consumer concerns thoughtfully and turn negative experiences into positive brand interactions.
  • Agile Execution: Moves fluidly between structured daily ownership tasks (inbox, item setup) and fast-turnaround support requests from Sales and Marketing leadership.

RIPPLE HIGHLIGHTS:

  • An inclusive and collaborative environment where all ideas are welcome, iteration is encouraged, and the best ideas are adopted. As a certified B-corporation, we go the extra mile to ensure our business benefits our employees, our consumers, our local community, and the world around us.
