πŸ’Ό What You'll Do

Revenue Cycle & Billing

  • Process third-party billing accurately and efficiently through attendance records, vouchers, claim forms, and electronic billing systems.
  • Manage and maintain billing-related documentation, including:
    • Signed attendance records
    • Treatment vouchers
    • Prior authorizations
    • Other supporting documents
  • Handle the complete billing cycle for commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and patient payments.

πŸ” Claims Resolution & Problem Solving

  • Research billing denials and payment issues.
  • Correct claim errors and submit rebills as needed.
  • Maximize reimbursement and reduce outstanding balances.
  • Ensure billing activity aligns with payer and agency requirements.

πŸ“Š Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Prepare and distribute weekly reports accurately and on time.
  • Support leadership with billing data and operational reporting.
  • Assist with special projects and assignments from the Director of Revenue Cycle.

Records Management

  • Maintain organized billing records in accordance with agency and fiscal requirements.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in billing, accounting, administrative support, records management, or a related field.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Healthcare billing or revenue cycle experience.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing.
  • Experience working with electronic billing and healthcare software systems.
