Coordinate the implementation of revenue cycle management solutions for new provider and hospital clients. Manage workflows, system configurations, and cross-functional team collaboration to ensure successful project go-lives.
Raventra Health is a medical services company providing outsourced billing, coding, and claims processing solutions for provider groups and hospitals. As a Revenue Cycle Management Implementation Specialist, you will support the onboarding of new provider and hospital clients and help transition their revenue cycle operations to Raventra Health. You will coordinate requirements, documentation, workflows, systems, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and well-organized implementation.
Coordinate implementation activities for new provider and hospital clients
Gather and document client requirements, workflows, systems, and operational processes
Coordinate the collection and transfer of information needed to establish client operations
Map existing client workflows and identify requirements for Raventra Health processes
Work with billing, coding, claims, AR, payment posting, and other operational teams to prepare for go-live
Track implementation milestones, dependencies, risks, and outstanding action items
Coordinate system setup, workflow configuration, testing, and issue resolution with relevant teams
Support user acceptance testing and validate that processes meet documented client requirements
Prepare implementation documentation, training materials, and operational handoff information
Communicate implementation progress, risks, and next steps to internal and client stakeholders
2+ years of experience in implementation, project coordination, healthcare operations, revenue cycle management, or a related field
Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle workflows and provider operations
Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and coordinating cross-functional activities
Strong project organization and ability to manage multiple implementation tasks and deadlines
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both clients and internal operational teams
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve implementation issues
Ability to manage changing priorities while maintaining clear documentation and follow-through
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment
HIPAA-compliant private workspace
Experience implementing revenue cycle management or healthcare systems
Familiarity with Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, or other healthcare platforms
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com
Knowledge of billing, coding, claims, or accounts receivable operations
Experience working with provider groups or hospitals
