The coordinator will own and execute growth strategies across multiple channels, including email programs, webinars, and industry events. They will also collaborate with sales teams to develop lead generation funnels and create compelling marketing collateral for product launches.
Own and execute ACLED’s growth strategy across key channels, with a focus on pipeline generation and audience expansion.
Build and optimise multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, conversion and revenue.
Develop and continuously improve lead generation and nurturing funnels in partnership with sales.
Generate ideas and campaigns around ACLED products and initiatives.
Own the email programme end-to-end, including newsletters, nurture sequences and campaign sends.
Segment audiences and personalise messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Build automated workflows and lead scoring within CRM and automation tools such as Salesforce.
Continuously test and optimise subject lines, content and cadence based on performance data.
Own the overall strategy and operational execution of industry events, webinars and virtual roundtables as a core growth channel.
Identify themes, speakers and target audiences aligned with ACLED’s commercial priorities.
Drive webinar promotion, registration, attendance and post-event conversion.
Repurpose webinar content into ongoing content assets.
Manageevent promotion, logistics and follow-up to maximise pipeline impact.
Partner with sales to ensure effective pre- and post-event engagement strategies.
Translate ACLED’s data products and insights into clear, compelling value propositions and messaging.
Own and/or support product launches, feature releases and positioning across target segments.
Develop sales collateral, including one-pagers, decks and case studies, that enable sales and educate buyers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging across research, analysis and revenue teams.
Track, measure and report on campaign performance across all channels, including email, events, webinars and digital.
Use data to identify trends, optimise campaigns and improve ROI.
Build reporting frameworks tied to growth and revenue goals.
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in marketing and digital roles, ideally from the impact sector, tech for good, global social enterprise or commercial experience from an INGO.
Experience identifying target audiences and leading campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
Self-starter with experience working remotely and a desire to learn, grow and excel in the role.
Deep intellectual curiosity about the product and customers’ motivations.
Interest in the conflict prevention mission and an understanding of the international context.
Knowledge of current digital growth techniques and best practices.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
Proficiency with automation and CRM software, including Salesforce.
Experience setting up and optimising digital advertising campaigns.
Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and corporatecommunication.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in digital growth and measurement.
BSc/MSc degree in Business, Communications or a related field.
