We’re looking for a creative, detail-obsessed Video Editor who thrives on fast turnarounds and professional-grade content production. You’ll be taking raw clips and transforming them into scroll-stopping short-form videos and high-retention long-form content that captures attention, converts viewers, and fits seamlessly into brand narratives.
This is a remote, part-time to full-time opportunity (Mon–Sat, ~6 hrs/day) for an editor who wants consistency, creative freedom, and a chance to grow with a high-performing team.

✔ 1+ years of editing experience — Proven track record producing clean, professional, high-engagement video content
✔ Short-form mastery — Reels, TikToks, and paid ads that grab attention within the first 3 seconds
✔ Long-form capable — You can edit YouTube videos that keep viewers watching to the end
✔ Polished storytelling instincts — You know how to pace clips, align visuals with voiceovers, and deliver emotion through sound design and transitions
✔ Aesthetic precision — Clean captions, modern transitions, crisp audio, on-brand visuals
✔ Fast turnaround mindset — Able to deliver daily content drops within 24 hours, Monday–Saturday (US time)
✔ Self-driven and reliable — You manage your own time and take deadlines seriously
✔ Collaborative and coachable — Open to feedback, eager to grow, and proud to be part of a winning team
✔ Editing software: Must use DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
✔ Professional setup: Computer capable of handling high-res editing, good internet connection for uploads
✔ Hubstaff time tracking: 6 hours/day, Monday–Saturday (flexible hours)
✔ Communication tools: Slack, Drive, and internal review systems for smooth handoffs and feedback
✔ $1,000–$1,400/month (based on experience and quality)
