(Remote) Senior Vice President

Arc Health is looking for a Senior Vice President to join our innovative team!

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Vice President for our Arc Health our business unit. As a key member of our executive team, you will have overall responsibility for the operations of the business, working directly with existing leaders to shape our strategy, drive growth, and deliver long-term investment in our people and products.  

This remote role is open to candidates anywhere in Canada or the United States within the EST timezone. 

What your impact will be: 

• Develop and execute the overall commercial strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion. 

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing commercial organization focused on accountability, execution, and customer outcomes. 

• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, government agencies, industry associations, and strategic partners. 

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the EVP and executive leadership team on market dynamics, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities. 
• Champion a customer-centric culture focused on building long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction. 

Travel Requirements: 

• The SVP will be expected to travel domestic and international up to 25% per year 

• You must have a valid passport and be able to obtain any necessary visas as required.  

• Travel will be self-managed and scheduled as needed for sales opportunities, Executive meetings, and other business needs. 

What we’re looking for: 

• 8+ years of experience in a leadership executive role, preferably within a software solutions company. 

• A proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and building high-performing teams. 

• Deep experience with commercial strategy development, sales process optimization, and performance analysis. 

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. 

• A strong understanding of business operations, including customer engagement and improving operational efficiency. 

• A data-driven mindset with a passion for achieving measurable results. 

What would make you stand out: 

• Experience in the Healthcare IT or public sector software industry (utility, local government, school districts, public safety). 

• Proficiency with sales automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). 

• A strong understanding of analytics platforms and sales performance metrics. 

• A history of working effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success.

Salary:

• The potential salary range for this role is $150,000+ USD per year, with eligibility to participate in the Constellation Software bonus program.
