The representative will manage inbound leads to sell life insurance products without cold calling. They are responsible for participating in training, learning product fundamentals, and effectively handling customer objections.

The Lead Model
You'll work exclusively with warm, inbound leads — people who reached out specifically asking about life insurance coverage. There's no cold calling anywhere in this role, at any point.
What You Can Realistically Earn
Pay is uncapped commission, averaging $800 to $1,200 per sale. Realistic year-one totals:
