What You'll Do
- Connect with prospective customers and identify their insurance needs.
- Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Educate customers on coverage options, products, and available discounts.
- Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to develop sales opportunities.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and additional ways to protect clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer information and policy documentation.
- Work independently while staying connected with the agency team.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
What We're Looking For
An active insurance license is required for this position.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Previous insurance sales experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
