Rather than spending your day prospecting, you'll focus on meaningful conversations with prospects who have already expressed interest in learning more.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and strategy calls through Zoom and phone conversations
- Build rapport and identify client goals, challenges, and opportunities
- Present recommendations that align with each prospect's situation
- Navigate questions and objections professionally and ethically
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up notes
- Contribute to individual and team performance goals

Compensation
Appointment Setters
Typical earnings begin in the range of $1,000-$1,500 per week, with additional upside tied to performance.
Closers
Typical earnings begin in the range of $2,000-$3,000 per week, plus commission incentives and performance bonuses.
