Responsibilities
- Build and expand relationships with supermarket chains and food distributors
- Develop new business opportunities and manage existing key accounts
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and business conditions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful product distribution
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Travel as needed for client visits, trade shows, and industry events
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the food industry
- Experience working with U.S. retailers, wholesalers, or the food distribution industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote work environment
- Ability to travel as needed
- Existing industry network preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for a U.S.-based food wholesaler or distributor is strongly preferred
- Experience handling Asian food products or imported food products is a plus
