What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.

• Connect with qualified members who have requested information.

• Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.

• Recommend personalized insurance solutions based on each client's needs.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care.

• Manage existing client relationships through policy reviews and beneficiary updates.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing policy support.

• Maintain accurate documentation while complying with company and state regulations.

• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs.

Who We're Looking For
