Key Responsibilities

• Distribute benefit enrollment materials and confirm eligibility

• Handle inbound customer service calls and follow-up inquiries

• Respond to coverage questions while acting in the client’s best interest

• Present customized coverage solutions using a guided needs-analysis process

• Partner with leadership to stay current on products, services, and policy updates
