Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
  • Assisting with resource scheduling so that team members have the resources they need to complete the tasks.
  • Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budgets, schedule, or scope statement, as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Executing a variety of project management administrative tasks.
  • Proactively support team members when the emphasis is on finalizing all deliverables.

  • Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive way
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Highly organized and detail conscious
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to conduct formal presentations to all the levels of management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Related Work Experience

  • 3+ years of industry experience in the Project Coordinator role

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in business administration, and management.
  • Project Management Certifications: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar
  • Working knowledge of Project Management software like Wrike, Scoro, or similar
