How your day-to-day in this role will look:

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customers using MiniMed™ diabetes devices, including troubleshooting device issues, guiding users on product functionality, and coordinating repair or replacement processes when needed.
• Deliver customer support and accurate documentation while following compliance and support procedures.

• Language Maestro: Fluent in Polish, B2 in English

Benefits

• Salary: €1,329/month (gross)
• Payment Frequency: Monthly
• Variable Compensation
• Performance Bonus: up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months, based on KPI
• Signing Bonus: €2000 paid in 12 installments (500+300+300+100 x remaining 9 months)
• Payment Structure: Paid with salary at the end of the month
