Your Responsibilities as a Supervisor:

🔹 Lead & Mentor a Team – Train, coach, and support a group of licensed agents.
🔹 Monitor Performance & Growth – Help team members meet sales targets and career goals.
🔹 Foster a Motivated Culture – Encourage a positive, competitive, and results-driven environment.
🔹 Oversee Client Interactions – Ensure top-tier customer service and policy recommendations.
🔹 Support Training & Onboarding – Assist new agents in getting licensed and mastering the system.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Leadership or Supervisory Experience – Background in sales, insurance, or team management preferred.
✅ Excellent Communication & Coaching Skills – Ability to motivate and develop others.
✅ Goal-Oriented & Self-Motivated – Passion for hitting targets and growing within the company.
✅ Comfort with Virtual Platforms – Experience with Zoom, Google Suite, and CRM tools is a plus.
✅ Licensed or Willing to Obtain – Must hold or be willing to secure a life insurance license.
✅ Reliable Home Setup – Windows laptop/PC, stable internet, and a working camera required.
