Remote E-Commerce Operations Coordinator for Wholesale Jewelry Brand

Work From Anywhere in LATAM or the Philippines

Work Schedule: PST | Flexible hours with at least 3–4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time business hours

Compensation Range: $1,500 - $2,000 USD/month based on experience

A long-established wholesale distributor in the fine jewelry industry, supplying premium products to large retail chains and boutique stores across the United States, is looking for an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to own the daily operational workflows behind retail vendor portals, product uploads, pricing accuracy, and competitive market intelligence.

With decades of operational history and a growing digital retail footprint, the business is expanding its e-commerce operations and onboarding new enterprise retail accounts. The environment is fast-paced and operationally intensive, and leadership is actively integrating AI tools and automation into its workflows.

Day-to-day, the role centers on monitoring vendor portals, uploading and maintaining product listings, auditing pricing across retail systems, and preparing structured reports for leadership. Success means operational consistency across retail systems, issues caught before they impact revenue, and scalable documentation that strengthens relationships with major retail partners.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, wholesale operations, or vendor portal operations
• Hands-on experience using retail vendor portals such as DSCO, Retail Link, or SPS Commerce
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formula building, tracker construction, and structured data management
• Experience working with pricing data, operational workflows, and structured reporting
• Hands-on use of AI workflow tools such as Claude, Gemini, or comparable platforms
• B2+ English (CEFR) for written reporting and coordination with a US-based team

Nice-to-Have

• Fine jewelry, luxury goods, or high-end retail industry exposure
• Wholesale-to-retail operational experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Familiarity with Lanham systems or similar retail operational tools
• Experience preparing market intelligence or competitor pricing reports
