We're seeking dedicated, customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic talent network of Ticket & Chats Customer Support Mods!

Project Hours (All Times Pacific):

  • 4:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Monday - Sunday)

  • 10:30 AM - 2:00 PM PDT REQUIRED

Commitment:

  • Self-schedule 20 hours per week. 7 of those 20 hours must be self scheduled on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)

  • Has a knack for solving problems quickly and efficiently

  • Fast learner, quick to adapt to change, understands how to navigate complexities, and is unafraid to speak up and share valuable insights

  • Customer-friendly demeanor with a flexible attitude

  • Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable

  • Experience with high volume customer service

  • Experience and fluency in English writing

  • Advanced typing skills - minimum 40 wpm

  • Experience with web-based research

  • Experience working with company escalation policy

Workspace Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

  • A dedicated desktop or laptop computer running Windows 11 or later

  • At least 16 GB of RAM

  • One of the following processors (or newer):

    • Intel: 13th Generation Intel Core, Intel Core Ultra

    • AMD: Ryzen 7000 Series or Ryzen 8000 Series

  • Dual monitors

  • A reliable, high-speed internet connection

  • A high-quality headset with a noise-canceling microphone

  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for handling calls
