Metro Grease Service LLC, a leader in the collection and recycling of used cooking oils for almost four decades, is seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience that reflects our company's values.

Responsibilities

 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, handling enquiries via phone, email, and other digital channels.
• Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our services, scheduling, and account management.
• Efficiently schedule and coordinate collection services, ensuring client needs are met in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with our logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
• Process new client accounts and update existing client information as required.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve internal processes.

Qualifications

 

• Proven experience in a customer service, client support, or a similar role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• A dedicated, quiet home workspace free from distractions is essential for this role.
• Experience in the waste management or logistics industry is advantageous but not essential.
