Job Description

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Experience Specialists. In this role, you'll assist clients with travel planning and coordination while delivering professional, timely customer support.

No prior travel experience is required. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for leisure, business, and group travel

  • Assist clients with bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation

  • Manage changes, updates, and client requests

Qualifications
