Remote, Contract-based Business & Corporate Paralegal Opportunity – 5–10 Hours/Week

We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms.

Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Business & Corporate Paralegal.

Remote work hours will be approximately 5–10 hours per week, with availability during regular business hours.

Paralegal Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience
  
• Experience supporting business and corporate law matters
  
• Nonprofit experience preferred
  
• Real estate experience is a plus
  
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Clio
  
• Strong organizational and document-management skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, small-firm environment
  
• Dependable, responsive, and able to manage assignments with minimal supervision
  

Our Paralegal pay rate starts at $30/hour.
