In this role, you’ll connect with prospective candidates who have already applied or expressed interest in learning more about our career opportunities, confirm their interest, schedule the appropriate next step, and provide consistent follow-up throughout the interview process.

As a Remote Appointment Setter / Phone Booker, your primary responsibility is helping interested applicants successfully reach the next stage of the recruiting process.
That may include:
Contacting newly interested applicants
Confirming they still want to learn more
Helping them understand the next step
Scheduling interviews and career overviews
Confirming appointment details
Reminding candidates about upcoming appointments
Following up with candidates who have not yet scheduled
Reconnecting with applicants who missed an appointment
Helping interested candidates reschedule
Keeping candidate records and calendars organized
You’ll be one of the first people prospective candidates speak with after expressing interest.

This is an outbound phone-based position, so applicants should be comfortable making frequent calls.
However, you’re not randomly dialing consumers who have never heard from the organization.

Begun the recruiting process
