Serpa Packaging Solutions is seeking a dynamic sales leader to join our Serpa Team! As the Regional Sales Manager - US Westcoast Territory, you will be required to develop customer relations in the following territory: Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Requirements:

  • Great listening skills
  • Interpersonal skills (hand holding & relationship building)
  • Patience & persistence, non-stop cold calling
  • Must have great hunting/prospecting skills
  • Travel nationally required, 25% up to 75%
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Microsoft office knowledge: Outlook

Desired Requirements:

  • Pervious sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM software experience
