Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manger is a valued member of the Nox Medical team and contributes to achieving departmental and organizational goals through collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to excellence. This role partners across the organization to deliver impactful work while embracing innovation, continuous improvement, and a people-first approach.

What you'll do

• Maintain and grow the business within the existing customer base.
• Increase the customer base by developing new customers.
• Represent all product offerings including sleep diagnostic capital equipment, associated consumable products, and software solutions. 
• Maintaining an expert level of industry knowledge related to Sleep Medicine.
• Attend trade related conferences and educational seminars both local to your region and in some cases nationally. 
• Proficiently demonstrating all products and services in your portfolio of products.
• Must have the ability to close business and generate revenue opportunities for the company.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
• Contribute beyond just selling and customer relation duties.  Offer product feedback from the field and help with next generation product input. 
• Maintain an existing and add to your customer base using the company CRM.
• Call on the following call points, but not limited to, Pulmonologist, Sleep Specialists, Sleep Labs, Hospitals, VA Hospitals, Cardiologist, Dentists, Internal Medicine Doctors, and Research Facilities.

Qualifications

• More than 5-year experience in Sleep Diagnostic business
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. Bachelor degree in business, clinical studies, or sciences highly desirable 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Intercultural communication skills
• Experience in distributor relationship management
• A successful background of selling in the medical device industry with supporting documentation  
• Have a high aptitude for learning new technology and clinical related science
