You're a Strong Fit If You Have
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 8+ years of healthcare sales experience
- 3+ years leading multi-site or regional sales teams
- Experience in physician sales, diagnostics, imaging, laboratory services, healthcare services, or related healthcare markets
- Demonstrated success achieving revenue growth and sales performance targets
- Strong coaching, leadership, and talent development skills
- Experience building physician referral networks and strategic business partnerships
- Strong communication, presentation, and executive relationship management capabilities
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, forecast revenue, and drive territory optimization
