Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to lead and grow strategic partnerships with key national/regional clients. This role is pivotal in driving revenue and margin growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful execution of account strategies across the country/multiple regions. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record in managing high-value accounts within a fast-paced, competitive environment.

· Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

· Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities within national/regional accounts.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for key national/regional clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

· Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in alignment with company policies.

· Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

· Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.

· Track account performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.

· Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact client relationships or business strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a national or regional capacity.

  • Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and achieving or exceeding sales targets

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations.

  • Strong background in contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and customer relationship management.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.

  • Industry-specific experience (e.g., FMCG, retail, tech, healthcare) may be required depending on the employer.
