Job Description & Summary

**Eligibility for this position is limited to CARICOM nationals who are legally residing and authorized to work within a CARICOM member country.

PwC Bermuda is looking for a collaborative and digitally confident recruitment professional to support the Human Capital team. The Recruitment Specialist will support the end-to-end recruitment process, helping create a responsive, consistent and engaging experience for candidates and hiring teams.

You will combine hands-on recruitment delivery with strong process discipline. From managing requisitions and candidate pipelines to coordinating interviews, reporting and offer-stage handovers, you will help keep recruitment activity moving with quality, care and pace. You will also use Workday, Microsoft 365 and GenAI tools thoughtfully to improve efficiency, communication and insight.
In recruitment and talent acquisition at PwC, you will focus on attracting and selecting top talent to join the organisation. You will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring individuals who align with PwC's values and contribute to its success.

What you will do

  • Manage and maintain job requisitions in Workday, ensuring roles, applications and candidate stages are accurate and current.

  • Review new applications, support shortlisting and keep candidates progressing through the recruitment process within agreed timelines.

  • Coordinate screening and business interviews across Workday, Outlook and Teams, including candidate communications and interview feedback follow-up.

  • Support targeted sourcing through LinkedIn and similar platforms.

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including agency, referral and direct-sourcing candidates.

  • Prepare clear recruitment trackers, pipeline summaries and status updates for Human Capital and business stakeholders.

  • Coordinate job postings across relevant channels and help ensure content is accurate, consistent and aligned with the role requirements.

  • Support pre-offer vetting, candidate documentation and timely handovers to Human Capital Operations, immigration and onboarding colleagues.

  • Work with recruitment agencies and other providers, helping maintain accurate candidate-introduction and vendor records.

  • Identify practical ways to improve templates, reporting and workflows using Workday, Microsoft 365, Copilot and other digital tools, with appropriate human review and confidentiality safeguards.

What you will bring

  • Experience in high volume international recruitment, talent acquisition, Human Capital, HR operations or recruitment coordination, ideally within professional services, financial services or a fast-paced hiring environment.

  • Practical experience using Workday Recruiting or a comparable applicant tracking system, including requisition management, candidate-stage movement, feedback tracking and offer-stage support.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word.

  • Confidence using GenAI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to improve drafting, summarisation, reporting and process consistency, while applying sound judgement and protecting confidential information.

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, candidates, stakeholders and deadlines.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and the judgement to engage professionally with candidates, business leaders and external providers.

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, complete and compliant recruitment records.

  • Discretion and integrity when handling confidential candidate and employee information.

Experience that would set you apart

  • Exposure to international recruitment, relocation, immigration or global mobility processes.

  • Experience with recruitment marketing, employer brand coordination, source tracking or campaign analytics.

  • Hands-on use of LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or similar sourcing tools.

  • Experience working with recruitment agencies, job boards, vendors or campaign partners.
