• Managing workforce planning requests and recruitment requisitions
• Creating and publishing job advertisements through ATS, job boards, and the Magna Career Site
• Proactively sourcing candidates using databases, LinkedIn, and recruitment campaigns
• Screening applications and conducting phone interviews
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates
• Preparing employment offers and recruitment documentation
• Supporting Talent Acquisition reporting and recruitment analytics
• Coordinating employer branding activities and recruitment marketing campaigns
• Building strong relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across Europe
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• 2–4 years of experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Thorough understanding of hiring and staffing practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English and German; knowledge of Spanish is a distinct advantage
