Recruiting Sourcing Assistant

Location: Remote – Philippines
Employment Type: Part-Time, with potential for Full-Time
Schedule: 20 hours per week

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiting Sourcing Assistant to support our recruitment team in identifying, sourcing, and engaging qualified candidates for various remote positions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys online research, social media sourcing, and connecting with potential candidates. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

The role will initially be part-time (20 hours per week), with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on performance, business needs, and overall fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, job boards, and other online platforms
• Identify and engage potential candidates based on job requirements
• Post job openings in relevant online communities and recruitment platforms
• Conduct Boolean Search and X-Ray Search to identify potential candidates
• Review and screen resumes based on established job requirements
• Respond to candidate inquiries and provide basic information about available opportunities
• Maintain an organized and updated candidate pipeline
• Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Follow up with candidates and help keep the talent pool engaged
• Support the recruitment team with other sourcing and candidate-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related field
• Experience sourcing candidates through Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
• Knowledge of Boolean Search and X-Ray Search
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup
• Comfortable using online recruitment and productivity tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with an outsourcing, staffing, or recruitment company
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies or clients
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
