We are seeking a senior Recruiting Leader to head our Technical (IT) Recruitment direction globally, reporting directly to the Recruiting Director. This role carries ownership for the strategy, performance, and evolution of technical hiring across the company, with a strong emphasis on people leadership, senior stakeholder partnership, and long-term workforce planning for engineering and technology roles.
This position goes well beyond managing day-to-day hiring. You will define and lead the technical recruiting agenda, acting as a trusted partner to executive leadership, delivery, sales, and client-facing teams, as well as building strategic relationships with key internal stakeholders and global Fortune-500 clients, ensuring our technical talent strategy directly supports business growth and client commitments.
