With a foundation of empathy, integrity, and purpose-driven guidance, Respiris is hiring Job Search Coaches with backgrounds in Recruiting and HR Business Partners. We are hiring Job Search Coaches, who in addition to their full-time role or fractional roles, may support four to six individuals per week through their career transitions -- offering personalized coaching and strategic job search assistance.

As a Job Search Coach, often referred to as a "Reverse Recruiter," your role is distinctively different from that of a traditional recruiter. In this capacity, you focus on assisting individuals in their job search, guiding them through the process, and helping them present themselves effectively to potential employers. Your expertise likely includes resume building, interview preparation, career strategy, and networking advice, tailored to the individual's needs and goals. This role is crucial in empowering job seekers to navigate the competitive job market successfully.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance to individuals in their job search.
  • Use the Respiris Method to reinspire candidates who have lost their employment
  • Assist with resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
  • Utilize professional networks to connect clients with potential job opportunities.
  • Offer personalized advice and support tailored to each client's unique career goals.
  • Collaborate with the Respiris community to enhance our collective expertise and service offerings.
  • To be part of the Respiris community in aiding job-eliminated employees to find their true calling.
  • To nurture a community where every interaction contributes to collective success and personal growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Required in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related areas.
  • Passion: Inspired by the journey of founder Angel Cruzado, with a commitment to educational and professional excellence -- passionate about helping others uncover their professional 'career prayer' or true calling.
  • Coaching: Knowledge and specialized skills in career coaching and mentorship.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to work with LinkedIn Recruiter, EnhanCV, Pitchbook, Crunchbase, Layoff Tracker, etc.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and backgrounds.
  • Listening Skills: Expertise in giving full attention to clients to understand their problems.
  • Speaking Skills: Proficient in communicating effectively with clients and presenting workshops.
  • Analytical Skills: Skilled in interpreting student records and assessments to match careers.
