The recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Manufacturing and Automotive roles across GCC and international markets. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records in the ATS.

Black & Grey HR is looking for a dynamic and driven Recruiter to join our Manufacturing & Automotive recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Manufacturing or Automotive industry, handling roles across production, supply chain, quality, engineering, aftersales, and related sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines, and delivering exceptional hiring solutions to our clients across the GCC and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing and Automotive positions across multiple client accounts
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and database searches
Understand client requirements, job specifications, and industry-specific hiring needs, including technical, plant-level, and dealership-level roles
Conduct initial HR screening, candidate assessments, and suitability evaluations
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and clients
Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and recruitment trackers
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Meet recruitment targets and contribute to team hiring goals
Requirements
2-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the Manufacturing or Automotive industry
Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously across production, supply chain, quality, engineering, maintenance, automotive sales, or aftersales functions
Strong understanding of Manufacturing and Automotive job functions, terminology, and market trends (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, QA/QC, OEM, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, EV, aftersales)
Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search techniques, and professional networks
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple client requirements
Consultancy recruitment experience is highly preferred
Experience recruiting for GCC or international markets is an advantage
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred
