Job Description

5+ years’ experience.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsible for scheduling candidate interviews, launching background checks and managing the offer process.

Coordinate candidate interviews and associated travel.

Communicate interview details to candidate, making certain s/he has all of the necessary details. (directions, dress code, interview logistics, etc.)

Enter and maintain integrity of data in Applicant Tracking System as needed.

Consult with Hiring manager to determine which candidates will progress with formal interviews.

Solicit and document interview team and candidate feedback throughout the interview process, assisting the Hiring Manager with determining his/her ultimate selection.

Utilize recruitment tools (Applicant Tracking System, professional/social networking platforms, employee referral program) to source, screen and present a slate of qualified internal and external candidates to the Hiring Manager.

Build strong, credible consultative relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates.

Manage the overall negotiation and offer process.
