RAN Engineer

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for RAN Engineer on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in Spain

Key Responsibilities

• Management of N1 incidents, diagnoses, customer complaints and execution of BTPs.
  

• Proposal of corrective actions for recurring problems.
  

• NOC team management and quality analysis capability
  

Experience/Qualifications: 

• More than 10 years as a NOC Technician with knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G RAN
  

• Experience in radio equipment at Nokia and Ericsson in the aforementioned technologies as well as controllers (BSC and RNC)
  

• Extensive experience in the N1 Technical Support Service, with extensive experience in RAN network management.
  

• Solid knowledge in the support processes for Telefónica in the field of Mobile RAN Access.
  

• With knowledge of RAN in the protocols, equipment, functionalities, etc. that make them up.
  

• With the capacity for analysis, troubleshooting and solution proposals.
  

• Experience with tools such as: iGRI, OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA, and CEX, as well as Network Element Management Systems (specific to the involved RAN manufacturers) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
  

• Languages: Spanish (Mandatory) and English (will be an asset)
