What you’ll do as a Quality Engineer:

  • Own and govern business process management, including maintaining SOPs, process maps, and formal change control across the organization

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, automation), identifying bottlenecks and leading cross-functional optimization efforts

  • Lead quality management activities, including QMS development, NCR oversight, RCA/CAPA execution, and audit/compliance programs

  • Monitor and analyze operational performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting, translating insights into actionable improvements

  • Manage risk and quality governance, including maintaining a risk register, escalating critical issues, and facilitating Quality Review Boards

  • Partner with commercial and operations teams to capture customer feedback (e.g., CSAT/NPS), resolve complaints, and drive service improvements 

Keys to your success:

  • Business-critical processes are standardized, documented, and actively used, with high adoption and controlled change management in place

  • Measurable improvements achieved in key KPIs (e.g., cycle time, defect rates, cost of poor quality, SLA adherence) through continuous improvement initiatives

  • Effective QMS in operation, with timely closure of NCRs, strong RCA/CAPA execution, and successful audit outcomes with minimal repeat findings

  • Clear, trusted reporting and dashboards in place, enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions and identify risks/opportunities early

  • Service and operational risks are proactively identified, tracked, and mitigated, reducing quality incidents and business disruptions

  • Customer feedback (CSAT/NPS, complaints) is systematically translated into process improvements, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and reduced repeat issues 

You are:

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Operations Management, or related field.

  • Lean/Six Sigma certification/experience leading Kaizen or continuous improvement projects.

  • Experience in industrial services, equipment rental, energy solutions, or similar environment.

  • Hands-on experience with QMS, audit practices, RCA and CAPA processes.

  • Experience with NCR/issue-tracking systems and running RCA sessions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
