Numerator is seeking a Qualitative Analyst to join our dynamic Qualitative division. This role is responsible for contributing to qualitative project success, with a focus on executing research tasks and taking increasing ownership of the guide design and reporting phases. We are looking for an individual who can support and own phases of larger projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables. You will play a crucial role in bringing consumer narratives to life while actively incorporating new technologies into our research processes.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to all phases of executing projects, from design to execution to analysis and delivery.
• Participate in ownership of the overall success of deliverables and projects, ensuring they are high quality, error-free, and on time.
• Analyze qualitative data and craft strategic, story-driven reports in Word and PowerPoint.
• Collaborate with Qualitative Consultants to deliver clear, actionable insights supported by compelling narratives.
• Create media driven outputs such as video reels and summary decks that bring qualitative findings to life.
• Integrate and leverage AI tools within the qualitative workflow to drive process efficiency, accelerate analysis, and enhance deliverable quality.
• Moderate qualitative research sessions primarily in asynchronous online platforms, guiding discussions that uncover deep consumer insights.
• Work on multiple qualitative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Manage your own capacity and proactively communicate availability to assist others or request support when needed.
• Provide constructive feedback for delegation to supporting operations teams as necessary.
• Actively participate in team discussions, fostering a positive team culture and contributing to survey initiatives.
