The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for generating, editing, and auditing purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of ingredients across multiple international markets. They also manage supplier communications, resolve operational issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with demand forecasts.

In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in supporting our Supply Chain Operations in the generation of purchase orders for various HelloFresh markets across Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. You will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our ordering processes using a combination of in-house tools and Google Suite packages. Working closely with the Supply Chain, Procurement, and Forecasting teams, you will raise, edit, and send purchase orders to suppliers, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

GBS Version:
At least 2 years of previous purchasing experience as a Buyer.
Strong background and expertise in operating Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel) and ERP/MRP systems.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages (German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian) is a strong plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and self-management skills with a hands-on, proactive mentality.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
