About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology, data integration, and change management initiatives for clients across Australia. This role is ideal for a highly organised and client-focused professional who thrives on managing multiple projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-quality outcomes from project initiation through to completion.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into structured delivery plans while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Ideal Profile

Experience & Project Delivery

• Proven experience managing the end-to-end delivery of technology, digital transformation, or data-focused projects
• Strong background delivering projects involving data integration, system migrations, and change management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
• Experience working within complex stakeholder environments

Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of data integration and system implementation projects
• Experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or other business-critical platforms
• Experience managing ICT infrastructure projects is advantageous
• Exposure to Microsoft technologies including Azure, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 is desirable

Project Management & Methodologies

• Experience applying project management frameworks such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or similar methodologies
• Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery governance
• Relevant Project Management or Microsoft certifications are highly regarded

Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels, from operational users to executive leadership
• Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering capabilities
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured project plans and actionable outcomes

Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology, data integration, and change management projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are delivered successfully while meeting quality standards and client expectations
• Oversee multiple concurrent engagements and prioritise activities effectively

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings to establish project objectives and alignment
• Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and proactively address risks and issues

Planning & Coordination

• Translate business requirements into structured delivery plans
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery
• Monitor project progress, dependencies, and milestones
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests throughout delivery

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance artefacts
• Apply recognised project management methodologies and best practices
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project delivery frameworks and operational processes
• Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives across the project delivery team
