We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Project Manager. Reporting to M&A Integration Manager, this temporary contractual position can based in any of our locations globally offering global coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Operational Excellence department and its’ growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Operations workstream within an ongoing business transformation initiative, overseeing delivery of defined operational improvements and efficiency plans. Manage a small team (3 members), monitor progress, report status to governance forums, and escalate issues or risks as needed.
• Support the design and delivery of transition plans to move specific operational activities between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring continuity, clear ownership, and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvement plans involving in-house Operations, Technology, HR, and Finance teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with overall programme goals.

Key Requirements – Attributes & Skills:

• Strong project management and organisational skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, with a structured and proactive approach.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment with multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with a collaborative working style.

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in project management, business operations, or transformation programmes.
• Proven experience delivering projects involving multiple functions such as HR, Finance, Operations, and Technology.
• Exposure to business integration, shared services setup, or operational efficiency initiatives preferred.
• Experience working on contractual or fixed-term assignments within large organisation

Education / Professional Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, or a related field.
