About InnovateEDU

InnovateEDU catalyzes education transformation by bridging gaps in data, policy, practice, and research to center the needs of the field in accelerating innovation towards an equitable, inclusive and radically different future for all learners.

Position Overview

InnovateEDU is seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable Project Associate for a part-time, temporary role covering a maternity leave. If you are a proactive communicator and skilled multi-tasker passionate about advancing access and innovation across the education and policy ecosystem, this temporary opportunity offers a meaningful way to drive collective impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Program Support

  • Under the direction of the EALA/ Pathways Alliance project leads, you will develop agendas and track progress for various workstreams.
  • Project manage the Data Whiz work for InnovateEDU, collaborating closely with the Director of Programs and the Data Whiz Steering Committee to organize an event in April 2027.

2. Content Creation, Marketing & Communications

  • Build and distribute newsletters and manage social media postings across projects using HubSpot.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing and Communications department to maintain project websites.
  • Build presentation decks and provide comprehensive preparation and day-of operational support for webinars across projects.

3. Research, Writing & Resource Development

  • Research, write, and manage the review cycles for various publications and resources, which will include resources such as:
    • Pathways Compendium updates
    • Technical Assistance (TA) Cohort Common Themes & Findings Report
    • Principal Registered Apprenticeship Program (PRAP) Case Study Summary
    • Timestamps and upload EALA podcasts

4. Event Coordination & On-Site Operations

  • Coordinate with the Finance and Operations teams to handle event management and logistics for events.
