Patient Safety Organization (PSO) Program Director
Reports to: Senior Director, Sentact Center for Clinical Excellence
Location: Remote, U.S.
Type: Full Time, Exempt
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000

About the Role
The PSO Program Director serves as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations participating in the PSO, supporting patient safety learning, collaboration, and improvement efforts through education, data insights, and consultation. Working closely with member organizations and internal subject matter experts, this role helps members interpret patient safety information, access relevant resources, and engage in collaborative learning opportunities that promote safer care.
This position combines patient safety knowledge, data interpretation, facilitation, education, and relationship management. The Program Director supports member engagement, contributes to educational and analytical initiatives, and connects healthcare leaders with evidence-informed practices, tools, and peer learning opportunities. This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities and works collaboratively across clinical, operational, analytics, and technology teams to support PSO strategic initiatives.
