  • Oversee incident and vehicle repair management, claims coordination, and corrective action plans to reduce long-term liability exposure and cost.

  • Maintain fleet data, reporting, and executive-ready analytics to support decision making and governance including development of repeatable reporting on utilization, financials, and risk metrics.

  • Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, working under minimal supervision.

  • Liaise with Operations, HR, Safety & Security, Finance, Risk Management, Procurement, and vendors to align fleet programs and policies. Act as a cross-functional connector to support policy development and decision-making alignment.

  • Partner with Corporate Communications, HR, and Change Management teams to support development of associate communications and drive understanding, adoption, and compliance with fleet policies.
