Program Analyst Sr.

SAIC is seeking a  to join our Surface and Aviation Solutions (SAS) team in support of the Navy Business Group. This role offers you the opportunity assist with critical program elements in a complex, multi-disciplinary, and dynamic environment. This program is poised to drive transformative advancements in electronic warfare to a multitude of government customers.  

This is a remote opportunity reporting to Indianapolis, IN

Job Duties: 
•    Serve as a Program Management Office (PMO) representative for multi-tenant, contracts, including IAC MAC, PRISM and future AEIS contract vehicles.
•    Assist Program Managers with documenting program risks and issues and follow thru to resolution.
•    Help Program Managers monitor portfolio performance, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables, and manage any deviations or adjustments as required.
•    Develop, track, and manage Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of contractually required data and documentation.
•    Assist the procurement team for goods and services required for project execution, including equipment, materials, and subcontracted work.
•    Collaborate with Project Managers and gather Monthly status updates to prepare the MSR (Monthly Status Report) .
•    Proof/Review/Submit TARs and Trip Reports from SAIC and Subcontractor Travelers.
•    Assist with onboarding activities
•    Maintain organized and up-to-date project files, ensuring all documentation is easily accessible and properly archived on S2A SharePoint site.
•    Bachelor’s or Ten (10) years or more of related experience.
•    Previous experience supporting the NAWCAD, AIR FORCE, and NAVY.
 

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience; years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree 
• Previous experience supporting the NAWCAD, AIR FORCE, and NAVY.

 

Required Security Clearance: 

• Active Secret Clearance

 

Desired Skills: 

• Prior experience developing, tracking, and managing Contract Data Requirements Lists.
