The Product Operations Manager will own operational processes for product launches, documentation, and customer education while collaborating with cross-functional teams. They will also monitor customer feedback and product analytics to identify trends and prioritize actionable product improvements.

We're looking for a Product Operations Manager to own the operational processes that support product launches, documentation, customer education, and ongoing product improvements.

You'll work directly with our Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Marketing to ensure new features are thoroughly tested, clearly communicated, and successfully adopted.

This is a hands-on, technical individual contributor role for someone who understands how software products work, is comfortable using AI tools, and can turn customer feedback into actionable product improvements.

What You'll Do

  • Test new features before launch, identifying bugs, usability issues, and opportunities to improve the customer experience.
  • Coordinate product launches, ensuring documentation, internal training, support resources, and customer communications are ready.
  • Create, review, and maintain accurate product documentation, help center articles, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop accurate product announcements, feature demonstrations, and educational content.
  • Improve AI-powered customer support by reviewing responses, updating knowledge sources, and identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Monitor customer feedback, support conversations, product analytics, and bug reports to identify recurring issues and emerging trends.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize improvements and resolve product-related customer issues.
  • Develop scalable processes and workflows that improve product launch readiness, communication, and customer adoption.
  • Track product feedback and operational performance to help inform product decisions.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Technical Customer Success, Product Enablement, or a related role at a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand, test, and troubleshoot software products and integrations.
  • Experience supporting product launches, feature testing, documentation, or customer enablement.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools to analyze information, improve workflows, and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distinguish product issues from documentation or support gaps.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience collaborating across Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing teams.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Meta, TikTok, APIs, or product analytics tools is a plus.

Why Trybe

  • High-growth environment: Join a rapidly scaling technology company transforming creator marketing.
  • Direct impact: Play a central role in how new features are launched, communicated, and experienced by customers.
  • Real ownership: Build and improve the processes that connect Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, and Marketing.
  • AI-first environment: Work with modern AI tools and automation to improve product operations and customer experience.
  • Career growth: Work closely with product leadership and take on increasing responsibility as the company scales.
